Marcel Holubec W.
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava – a MA degree in textiles design and fashion design led by Mária Fulková and Júlia Sabová. From his many shows and presentations home in Slovakia as well as Austria, Germany, Finland, the US and the Czech Republic, we can mention the Top Styl Designer award in Brno in 2005 for the Etno Beat collection, and in 2006 with the Love Sex Fashion collection; the National Design Award 2005 for the “Story of a Teddy-bear”; in 2006 the participation in the TALENTE crafts fair in Munich; participation in the Design Match CZK:SK exhibit in Prague; and the Folk Couture fashion show in New York.
